Frank Fitzgibbon holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Behaviour from
Trinity College, Dublin, and a Diploma in Applied Psychology from
University College, Cork. His work experience extends over 25 years in
banking, chemical manufacturing and electronic engineering companies. He
has worked as Human Resources Manager with native and multinational
companies for 15 years , and since 1986 has been providing consultancy in
human resource development, recruitment and occupational psychology to
industrial companies.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and of the British Psychological Society, he has completed research work on Leadership Behaviour and Organisational Development, and has lectured on the Masters' Degree Programme in Occupational Psychology at University College, Cork.
Barbara Fitzgibbon has delivered a wide range of group career development
programmes. She has a BA in French and Spanish, and has worked in
advertising and tourism.
In 1995 Barbara and Frank undertook a two-year personal career break by sailing around the world in a 12m yacht. Barbara has recently written a book entitled Going West outlining their experiences.
